I think I would see if you could get a prescription for pediasure. That is what Brandon is taking and maybe you could get her evaluated by a feeding team. Perhaps there is something going on that you are not aware of. Brandon has problems with swallowing/chewing. He has low muscle tone so it was hard for him to chew textured foods. He wouldn't use his tongue to push the food to the side of his mouth. He would just push food out with his tongue like a newborn does.
Does she do better with purreed foods? Do you think its taste, texture or something else?
I took Brandon to a feeding clinic for a few months because of his problems. Brandon was in the hospital last October because of all his feeding problems. He went three days without eating anything and refusing his sippie cup too. It took us a while but he is finally starting to eat better. Not a lot but I am happy with his progress. The pediasure has been a lifesaver. Talk it over with your doctor.
Keep us posted.
