Omgosh.. so I went looking for this gym today that's suppose to be on base.. and it's like 5mins away driving distance

and it's pretty big.. I expected something half it's size.
So Teresa.. I think i'll be joining ya on the tredmill.. I'm thinking I can squeeze in a few miles after I put the kids to bed at around 7:30pm.. maybe run an hour. How many miles can you get in an hour Teresa? Just wondering.
Anyway.. since I didnt see much change last week.. i think I need to add more cardio to my routine.. and running will be it. Next week I better see a pound or two off... or I'll be really peeved and have to strangle someone
