Oh my, I just did this less than two years ago and I need a refresher already! Ha ha. SO much for my memory (as if I had one anyhow!).

So...what supplies did you purchase to have on hand for your home birth?
My midwife supplies all the BIRTH stuff, obviously. BUT...I remember purchasing things like plastic (or a cheap shower curtain), extra chux pads (since I like to use those for the first week under me, Tucks pads or something like that, witch hazel, large overnight type pads...

HELP ME OUT PLEASE! I need a refresher. What did you find that you needed to have around that first week and for the birth?

Oh, and I remember needing lots of baby blankets, towels, etc.

The world today is upside down because there is so very little love in the home, and in family life. We have no time for each other. Everybody is in such a terrible rush, and so anxious…and in the home begins the disruption of the peace of the world.
