Yay for your loss!! We went to my IL's for the weekend-lots of fat and carbs, and NO exercise
I followed my WW diet today, but can't get my exercise in---tomorrow morning for sure! I might have to do two videos tomorrow to catch up a bit!
On day at a time, one meal at a time, one snack at a time--think of how great you'll feel and look as this weight comes off! You can do this!!!
