So here I am...being bold and putting myself out there for the first time. I've always had a hard time with the way that I view myself...even when I really had no reason to think it, I've always thought that I was "big". Now, I know that I am and I am serious about changing it. For my kids, my husband, and more importantly, myself. So begins my journey!

Neck: 14.5"
Left Bicep: 15.25"
Right Bicep: 14.25"
Chest: 46"
Waist: 43"
Hips: 51"
Left Thigh: 30.75"
Right Thigh: 31.5"
Left Calf: 17.5"
Right Calf: 17.5"

Weight: 255lbs (doctor's scale)

Right Bicep: 15" (up .75")
Chest: 47" (time to feed the baby! I'm not gonna count the change! )
Waist: 40" (down 3")

Left Thigh: 30" (down .75")
Right Thigh: 30" (down 1.5")
Left Calf: 17" (down .5")
Right Calf: 17.5" (same)

Weight: 244lbs (home scale)

****Is it possible that I've really, truly, actually lost 7.5"????****

I feel like I should be less and look better...but it IS change...and change is a good thing!
