When I taught pre-school we used to make these with the kids around Halloween and we called them spider cookies. They are delicious and a huge source of fiber!!

Haystacks

Makes 18--WW points = 1 each.

2 (1.55 oz each) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar(s)
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
2 cup General Mills Fiber One

Instructions

Microwave PB and Chocolate for 30 sec intervals until chocolate is melted. Mix til smooth. Add FIBER ONE cereal and gently toss to coat cereal. Spray mini muffin tin with PAM and fill 18 of the muffin cups with the mixture. Freeze for 10 min, then use a knife to loosen the haystacks. They should come out easily. Refrigerate or you can store in freezer.
