thatz the whole point of the buddy system....
i just hope that it helps
wut kind of exercises do u like to do? yoga, pilates, cardio, etc...? i'm gonna be the one left behind once u get ur treadmill.
ur doing good w/ the calorie couting.....something that is veryyyy hard for me
did the ty-bo exercise DVD (it was only 40 minutes long)
100 oz water
i think i did ok w/ wut i ate today
do the exercise DVD
90 oz water
try to go for a walk even if its at the mall....
