Scarlett has slept through the night since she was 3 months old. She will wake up though when she is teething.
We never feed her in the middle of the night. Our pedi said there is no need as they do not need it.
Of course that can be totally different I would think if they are not eating solids well.
Scarlett eats 3 solid meals a day and about 24-30 oz of formula.
She sleeps from 7pm till 5-6am....and don't think I don't know how lucky I am!!
