If you don't want him to have to sleep in his swing (this can be a tough habit to break) you can try a sleep incline, or try rolling up a few blankets and putting them under his mattress if he's sleeping in his crib.
Grace has reflux but it never bothers her much so I'm not sure what else to suggest. I do know that they do eventually grow out of it though. Good luck, I hope he feels better soon!
