days - that's the response time for the insurance company to get back with us. Now I really need to find my patience hat. I'd bugged a friend on the Benefits Team to check into it and that's what they gave to her. I now also have their correct address in case I need to send them something else.
With my nephew, he has an appointment today at 1:45 with a specialist. Hopefully it's good news, and they can operate/treat his aneurysm.
