well we were to check in the hospital at 6am on wednesday may 6th for an induction due to toxemia. we woke up at 4 wired for sound...lol...we got there at 5:55 were taken to our birthing room changed into my gown and answered upteen million questions.they started my IV at around 7:30 with pitocin drip at 6 couldnt even tell it was goin doctor came in at 8am checked me i was still at 2cm went ahead and broke my water and they upped it to 12 started having mild but managable contrax ...was informed when i felt i would be needing epi soon i should speak up because they were swamped.nurse came back and upped pit to 18 at 9am went right along not hurtin too bad and decided at 10:30 i would have epi(didnt wanna miss my chance...lol) she checked me at 10:30 was only at 3cm she then upped the pit to the max of 24 came back and checked at 11:30 was 5cm 100% and she came back in at 12:40 to recheck cuz i told her they were loooowww she checked and said yep were havin a baby,called the doc broke the bed down (left my legs out of stirrups due to last baby jumpin out) doc sat down got legs in stirrups he said" ok give me a good push,ok,ok,ok thats good now stop...here she is"....lmao..he was pleased again that my kids just seem to leap out at him..so i had another very fast uneventfull labor,just like i like em!!! she arrived at 12:50pm and weighed 7lb12oz was 19.5in long i only had to have 3 stitches and we came home the following day.she did end up with a pretty bad case of jaundice and we were threatened with hospitalization but am lucky to have a great doctor that had faith in us.she dropped down to 7lb by day 3 but is gaining an ounce a day if not more,so all is good and im lovin every sleepless moment i have,it will pass so quickly ive learned to even cherish those.hope yall enjoy.
