Wake Up With This Satisfying Smoothie!

Peanut Butter Fruit Smoothie

3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 1/3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
3 ounces silken-style light tofu
2 tablespoons protein powder
15 medium strawberries
8 ice cubes

Pour milk into blender first, followed by yogurt. Add other ingredients.

Blend on high until mixture is completely blended and frothy.

Pour into tall glass and enjoy!

Makes 1 serving.



Look at the calories & the sodium... Not to sure about this recipe.........
