Here's another nice, fast moving stitch that lets air do half the work of making your piece grow. To do it, chain up a multiple of 4 stitches. Make a single crochet into the 8th chain from the hook, make 5 more chain, skip 3 chains, and make a single crochet into the next chain. Continue this way across the row - chain 5, skip 3 stitches, single crochet into the next stitch- until you get to the end. You should finish the row with a single crochet. Chain 5 stitches and turn.
On the next row, make a single crochet stitch into that first big old chain space, chain 5 stitches, make a single crochet into the next chain space, and carry on till the last chain space, where you'll make a single crochet. Chain 5, turn your work, and head on back again the same way. Really, once you start this one, you'll find it difficult to stop.

I'm looking for a video...will post when I find one
