So I am catching up

. I have been having some female problems and working out was causing bleeding ugh. So I was taking it easy until I figured out why. I go back in a week to make sure that everything is ok for me to no have any more weird stuff. Hopefully then I can get back into working out without freaking myself out LOL. I have been trying to watch portion size and doing decent. I am down to about 158 and had climbed to 165 so not bad. I have cut down to eating out only sporadically and found making a menu helpful. So that I think has helped me drop a few pounds. I went back to my coffee because I just couldn't take not having them
