Just thought i would pop in and say hi in here since i started working out again today. I am doing bootcamp twice a week and salsa lessons once a week. i am also going to get a new bike today since my old one is totally beat up so i will be biking all over town for the rest of the summer. this comes at a good time for me because i need to burn off a lot of calories that i accumulated on my trip! maltese food consists of bread, cheese, & olive oil mainly! oh so good but a lot of calories. anyways its bbq and biking season so hopefully i start to lean out a bit
