This is a favorite at our home.
1 cup of water in the blender
1 cup of yogurt (I use plain yogurt - flavored yogurt is good too)
peel and cut up your favorite fruits - blend as you put them in (I will put in berries, apple, peach, banana, grapes, kiwi, etc., etc.)
If you want it to be even more healthy you can add in brewers yeast, wheat germ and flax seed
Blend until smooth and ENJOY! It will go bad fast, so it's best to drink it within an hour.
