I'm Joanna (25), DH is Tim (26), and we have 15-month old Dalton. I was diagnosed with PPD after I went back to work because I couldn't bear to leave my son. They took me off work for a month until the medicine I was on started working, but what helped the most was information about support and moms groups in the area.
