Hey everyone I'm new to this particular board as we just discovered today OH has MI. My names Lisa and my OH is Jay; we've been together for 4 years and ttc for 15 months. I have a dd who is 6 from a previous relationship.

As we've been trying for so long we began tests with the doc last month and went back for our results today and it's not good news .

Everything with me is okay although they suggested I lose some weight. Not a problem; have an appointment with a dietician and going to focus completely. They've given me 4 months to lose 42pounds and I'm going to do it. I'm so determined. But I am ovulating; my test showed my level was 26; they expect 30 but think I could have just ovulated later in the month so do have to repeat the tests to make sure and as I have positive OPK's they don't think there is anything to worry about.

Unfortunately it appears OH has some problems; his quantity is 10x what it should be and the quality is what they hope for but he has 90% anti-sperm anti-bodies which they describe as being like a glue and means we won't be able to get pregnant naturally. We're looking at IUI to start as we can't really afford IVF and because I have a dd who lives with us we don't qualify for free fertility treatment in my area .

I look forward to getting to know you all.
