Orin --- Interesting. Orrin Hatch bugs me though. I am a political junkie so most people wouldn't even get that. Even with him, I would still recommend it's use.

Raleigh --- Could work. This would be up for gender snatching though.
Hollis -- I love this name! Not many other people do though.
Cyrus --- Another name I am extremely fond of. I imagine a very smart attractive young man

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this name. I would use it in a hot minute. Hubby always frowns when I mention it though. Silas Ambrose is my favorite combo ever!

Arlo --- I like it and I think this could be revived. Seems fresh and 'hip'
