I have dh looking into the voting thing, from what I read you can only vote once but I'm not good at reading all the technical garb.
Dh looked, you can only vote once, he's not sure whats up with the bubbles to vote popping back up, he thinks maybe even though they are there if you vote more then once nothing but the 1st vote counts?
