I weighed myself this morning ----- 105, I lost a pound! Ahhhhhhhhh

I've been doing really good eating wise to work on my sugar numbers....but duh...a low sugar diet is perfect for weightloss....NOT what I need. How do I do this...I need a nutritionist...someone who can tell me how to eat some more fat but without messing up my sugars anymore.....this sucks.....gahhhhhhhh



I wonder if a nutritionist is covered by insurance...I don't want to have to pay out of pocket for this...where do I even start....
