Hi again, ladies,
I would love your thoughts on this...
For those of you who don't remember, I'm the one who had 4 betas done, all of which were rising, but at a slower rate than expected. I had my first ultrasound yesterday. I was able to see a gestational sac (so it's not ectopic, which is good), but there was nothing visible inside. She said the sac was measuring at 4 weeks 6 days (that was yesterday) which is five days earlier than predicted based on my period (as you can see in my ticker). My periods have been very regular and I charted, so I pretty much know my ovulation date. She said that it may be too early to see a yolk or anything or there is also the possibility of blighted ovum, if the bean isn't growing. I go back again in a week to see what's going on. I'm thinking this isn't good.
I feel completely tortured by all of this and robbed of any excitement that I had from getting the bfp. Has anyone experienced or heard anything like this going on to a healthy pregnancy?
