Myoplex Light Protein Shake

Lunch:
Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios

Dinner:
2 pieces of Grilled Chicken

CD2 so I'm not very hungry.

Not much water. Drinking diet pepsi. Not so great

Exercise: Running errands, walking while shopping!
