Well I'm glad you like them Michelle. Just be careful. The small print with those says to be careful not to make any 'unexpected lateral movements' as they throw off your balance and could cause you to damage your knees.
Sarah - They are shoes with air pockets in the soles that unbalance you when you walk so they force your muscles to over-compensate. They are supposed to help you get a better butt and thighs. As a runner, I'm afraid we're going to find out that they're dangerous....
