Freeze the fruit first to make a thicker, more flavorful smoothie.

1 banana (peel before freezing)
3 T peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
2 T chocolate syrup
3/4 C milk or soy milk

Serves 1
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Chocolate Monkey Smoothie

1 cup of chocolate soy milk
1 banana peeled
1/2 C cup of ice cubes
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
Whirl away in blender until smooth ! Pour into glasses and serve.
