I WANTED that epidural, I won't lie. But I was too stubborn to get it
Sometimes being stubborn is a good thing! I knew I would hate myself if I got it, and it REALLY helped to remind myself that each contraction was one contraction closer to the end! My hubby, nurse and midwife were great - it was like having 3 doulas!
