I read Baby Wise, and liked the basic idea of a schedule, but I still went mostly by instinct and didn't force that schedule on Lily. I will say that she did sleep through the night at 10 weeks and at 2 years still takes 2 hour naps every day. Is it the Baby Wise schedule or is it just because she was an easy baby? I don't know.
I have What to Expect The First Year as more of a reference for medical issues that could come up.
Other than those, JM was my biggest parenting guide. The
I'm in is super supportive of different parenting styles, and I learned so much from the other ladies offering their advice on a specific issue.
