Did you at anytime consent to the episiotomy---ask Ben since you probably don't remember. (they like to do the "i'm just going to give a little snip here ok?" crap) ..but if not, BIG time issue for the Dr and I would have their A@s nailed to a wall with complaints up to the highest person--even Board of medicine! Its illegal to do surgery on a non-crash/alert patient without their consent...AND you had told them no prior! Episotomies aren't life saving surgery.
