DH and I are starting these tonight. I did the push up one after Mackenzie was born, and it worked so well. my arms lost all that baby flab and i was able to do 100 at the end of the 6 weeks!
i just noticed they have a 200 sit up one too, so i told DH i want to do BOTH. im pretty sure they are each only 3 days a week, so we will just alternate days when we do them, and that also means that i will have a little work out in each day.
There is even a squats one, that i might do on my own during the day!!

who wants to join in!! It really is easier then it sounds, and there are different levels to start out with. take a look!
two hundred sit-ups
one hundred push ups
two hundred squats
