I had a minor mental setback last week. At my BL weigh-in, I was up 1/2 a lb. 1/2 a lb! It could have been the shoes I was wearing, or the jeans, or my breakfast and I spent half the day beating myself up over it. It was seriously enough to make me want to drop out of the contest. I know I'm working my butt off, and I can feel the difference, so why put myself through that, kwim?
I'm sticking with it though. I'm on day 22 of the 30 day shred. I'm pretty sure I'm going to stick with it until I get through level 3. I moved back down to level one after I pulled a muscle on Monday, and moved back up to 2 on Saturday.
Overall, I'm still down 4 lbs which is a totally healthy and manageable weight loss for 3 weeks.
