Breakfast: Fiber One bar
Snack:
Lunch: cottage cheese
Snack: broccoli and cheese snack; 3 handfuls of cheerios
Dinner: mixed veggies with three corn tortillas
Snack: 4 raisinettes
Water Intake: 12 oz at 8 am, 12 oz at 12 pm
Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill/ 2.56 miles/401 calories burned
Thoughts: I didn't do horribly today, but definately not as good as yesterday.
