These are great workout suggestions! Thanks! There is also an amazing prenatal fitness program offered by Stroller Strides, called Fit4Baby. It's an hour long class that focuses on cardio, strength training, flexibility & balance. The class also gives you a great place to bond with other local moms-to-be.
