Easy Chicken & Bean Soup

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
6 cups of water
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can ranch-style beans
1 can white hominy
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 md. onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
In large pot, combine water & chicken. Cook over md-high heat until done.
Chop up chicken into bite-size pieces, place back into pot (do not dump water).
Add all ingredients, bring to a simmer, then reduce to md-low heat and cook with lid on for about an hour and a half.
This is easy to make in the crock pot too!
Sprinkle some cheese on top if you'd like!
