Too funny!
Let me put it this way. I too was terrified that I wouldn't know what real labor was like and all of the sudden this baby would come flying out. (Wouldn't that be nice lol) Trust me, you WILL know what real contractions feel like, there will be no mistaking it. When it comes time to push the LAST thing on your mind is pooping. ALL you want to do is get that baby out. I have a few girlfriends who pooped, a few (including myself) who didn't, and a few who have no idea. You will be fine!
