I love oatmeal and maybe a banana? or one of those EAS shakes & an adkins bar or 2 pieces of turkey sausage and 1/2 cup of yogurt
Lunches -salads w/ low cal and fat free dressing usually with grilled chicken or a hamburger patty with yogurt or a side veggie, or a piece of grilled chicken breast w/ a side, a can of soup
