Wow, they are picky...my u/s clinic made no such request. I don't know what to tell you other than to avoid the sugar and caffeine, although I didn't have any sugar beforehand, but my little guy was still bouncing around like crazy. So much that I have to go back to finish the measurements. Which is fine by me...I want another peek. So maybe you should have some OJ and then you can get another u/s!
