Pre-e can be helped by not eating much if any salt throughout your pregnancy too. Salt (sodium) is found in a lot of things you don't think about. Like for instance, colas. So read the labels of the things you are eating a lot of.
Que, my foster son is on a glueten free diet (and therefore so is my family). I have a great recipe for bread that is glueten free and you can use it to make pastries and pizza dough too if you are interested!
