1. Do you think you drink enough water during the day? I was doing good with that for a few weeks, but I have slacked off the last few days. I usually have 1 coke a day, but I have been having more like 2 or 3.
2. Have you had any problems with heartburn (yet)? I have really bad acid reflux, so I have to take my meds everyday. But if I forget a day I know it.
