I know there are several of you are are maintaining a good exercise regimen. For those of you who are low to moderately active, how is your body responding to walking? I have been wearing a pedometer (free gift) to see how many steps I've been taking a day. Today I walked to the park with the girls and I have been cramping ever since. Total steps = 3900 for the day which is probably the most I've taken in a couple weeks.
Anyone else get really crampy from just walking? Baby feels really low and my uterus really tight. Boy, it feels so early to have these complaints...
