I'm like Daffodil. I'll start out with a brisk walk/slow jog and by the end of my 2.5 miles I'm going soooo slow because the cramping/ache starts. Before pregnancy, I ran and often, at the beginning of the pregnancy I was still running and felt great. Now I can't even walk 2.5 miles without the cramping and my pelvic bone pain. I really want to keep walking though as to not gain the same 50 lbs. I did with my first pregnancy!
I do wear my maternity support belt when I jog/walk. It seems to help just a bit.
