That actually looks like a really good list to me. I'll have to think about it some but I don't think your missing anything and I don't see much that is extra. I never used the Fleece bunting/rain cover for car seat , but the temperature is pretty mild here. Are you getting the extra base so you have one for each car? That is what we did and it made things super easy.
