I'm not an avid exerciser by any means - I work from home and about the most exercise I get is walking up and down the stairs 80 times a day to let the dog in or out, grab something from the fridge or make a potty trip.
When I do get out to do groceries, or other kinds of shopping, I find that I'm definitely going slower...And after a full round of errands that take a few hours, I feel pretty worn out and in need of rest. But, I haven't found it entirely shutting me down. I think that I still have enough in me to do what has to be done.
What does get to me is that my flexibility is not what it used to be. It bothers me not being able to stand straight up out of a comfy chair or from a position of lying down, or that I have to contort my body weirdly to pick up something from the floor. That's the kind of thing that makes me crazy.
