Im very glad you're home and I will keep praying that baby Caleb keeps baking! I understand about the stress at work, I drive the same distance and am under a mountain of stress as I currently have a law suit against my employer for pregnancy discrimnation... talk about mega stress! Just trust in God, he will keep you and Caleb safe. If you do start dialating, is a circlage and option to buy more time? And I totally agree with getting a second opinion.
