Unfortunately, I have a bad back too. It wasn't so bad for my first son. With second though, different conversation. My back started giving out on occasion about 1 1/2 after my first. I went to the Chiropractor 1 or 2 a week depending. It was a heaven sent for me. Try that if you need.. but hopefully it behave.
