I don't drink enough but I am definitely going to start. The problem is usually when I star drinking more water and have like a liter of it a day I urinate a lot more and it gets very uncomfortable and annoying. I have to rush and have had near misses because of it. To lose weight though and to be healthy I can try to put up with it.
