lunch: Sloppy Joe, chips
snack: Brownie
dinner: chicken fried steak with gravy, green beans, carrots, 2 slices whole wheat bread
snack: Pina Coloda Cake

water: 86 ounces

exercise: None

thoughts: Took another rest day. I don't know why I'm so tired this week. Feel blah, sore throat, and just so sleepy. I took a nap today instead of working out.
