attempting to journal for the next 7 weeks!
Hope you guys don't mind but I am going to attempt to journal the next 7 weeks as I prepare for vacation.


I am starting at 119-121 (depending on the day) My goal is to lose 13lbs!
Day 1- exercise: short walk with the boys and Nala- 30 day shred

Food: 3 small chocolate chip pancakes, watermelon,
Drinks :2 Pepsi's, 1- 5 calorie tea, 3 waters
hamburger with no bun, granola bar, chips and dip
tator tots

Obviously, I really need to work on what I am eating. It is in my 1400-1500 calorie count, but obviously not too nutritious.

I wasn't excited about working out-but I felt great when I was done and able to say that I did it.

Sarah's Journal
Day 2- No exercise (had to go to the bank, court and work)

Food: granola bar, sloppy joes (1 piece of Italian bread)crackers, sloppy joes, watermelon
Drinks: 1 Pepsi, 1 Mt. Dew 1 DD's frozen hot chocolate, water

So I have exercised every day! Kept my diet in the calorie count that I need. So now its time to step up and fix what I am actually eating. I am feeling great! Lost another 1lb so I am getting so close :)

Yay Sarah!! I found it SUPER difficult to watch what I was eating when both of my babies were newborns, so I am super impressed!! :)
