icy hot or anything like it?

Are you aloud to use anything like that well pregnant? I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. The fibro is causing muscle spasms in my back and on top of that the Dr. is pretty sure Brady may have fractured a rib, so I am hurting. Im just wondering if I can use any of those. My doctors office is closed so they would have to page the on call Dr. and I really dont want to bother her for something like icyhot!

yes ! The doctor actually recommended Icy Hot to me for my lower back, from being in the hospital bed and laying down a lot at home. He said to use that or use a heating pad. Hope you start feeling a bit better!

You might take some Tylenol pm too- see if that might help you sleep along with the pain. You can always call L&D to ask them medicine questions, they have a book up there that has all types of medicine and what class they are.

They actually had put me back on my pain meds for my fibromyalgia and that isnt even helping. Although it doesnt even make me tired so maybe Ill just switch to the tylenol PM and see if that will atleast let me sleep!
