Morgan's weight watchers journey
 
So I started weight watchers almost 3 weeks ago (main objective: to look nice in a bikini), and the 1st week I lost 4lbs. I was so excited! The second week I lost only 1.4 lbs, but hey it's something. I can't wait for weigh in on Sunday because I know I HAD to have lost another 2 lbs at least! I would recommend weight watchers for anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change. :smile:

I'm also doing like 50 squats per day...taking it slow. lol. I need to tone up the hind quarters if you know what I mean... :p

Week 7 (I think?) of WW, and I am 10 lbs lighter! Woohoo! It's been really easy too. I'm now incorporating real exercise so we'll see how that goes. Still firming the hind quarters. LOL.

Hmm, I wonder if I should try WW. I was thinking about myself in a swimsuit today during Zumba. I have lost my baby weight and fit in all my clothes though, so I haven't been as motivated to diet...

I love WW. It's really easy to use, and it doesn't even feel like dieting at all. I can't remember what week i'm on, but i'm 12 lbs lighter and very close to my goal(which keeps changing and getting lower since it's so easy to lose weight on WW+Shakeology lol)
