Rinse your seeds off and make sure there is no punkin goo on them. Soak them for 24 hours in straight white vinigar with tons of salt and pepper. Do not rinse! The next day spread onto baking sheet and sprinkle garlic salt. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
